RIA (Registered Investment Adviser) is a license issued by SEBI (the investments and market regulator in India), to offer advice on financial planning, savings, debt management and investments to clients. RIAs work on behalf of their clients and can only accept a pre-determined fee from their clients – they are not allowed to accept any commissions from the issuers of financial instruments. However, distributors of financial products (Mutual Funds Distributors) are paid commissions by AMCs / fund houses to sell their products, and hence represent the interests of the issuers of financial instruments.

If you are an individual with modest corpus (< 5 lakhs) and just started your monthly savings, we suggest you choose our “Value plan”, which helps to plan your goals and obtain advice on regular saving instruments, MFs and Model stocks, for long term wealth creation.

If you are an individual with accumulated corpus (> 20 lakhs), with holdings in different asset classes and lumpsum funds to invest, we would suggest you choose our “Standard” or “Elite” plans, as you may need customized advice to align your holdings, advice on fixed income opportunities and some avenues to boost your returns from short-term tactical calls, subject to risk profile and suitability.

What you see, is what you pay! We follow a transparent pricing policy and do not charge any additional fees. We neither receive any commission nor hidden fees from the product owners or platforms. We represent you and work only on your behalf.

All our plans run on monthly basis and valid for 1 year (12 months). We collect each month fees in advance. In case you start during the month, we charge for that relevant month on pro-rata basis.

Yes. All our plans are of minimum 3-months subscription. You can cancel your subscription any time after the expiry of the first 3-months of each agreement period, and you will not be charged further. You can send an e-mail to support@hubridge.in expressing your desire to cancel the subscription

No. We cannot guarantee returns for any of the instruments or avenues we advise, as returns are dependent on many market factors. However, we do rigorous, independent research and always provide you with our basis and rationale for each instrument selection, which ideally can provide reasonable performance, subject to market conditions.
